About the Position:

Our Regional Sales Manager is on the frontline of our business developing sales relationships in a targeted region. In this role, the Sales Manager will develop account targets and build longstanding business relationships. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving organic regional sales growth by meeting with potential partners and customers and implementing successful sales strategies.

The ideal candidate should be able to hit the ground running independently with minimum oversight and training needed.

  • Daily prospect for new customers
  • Set appointments and make professional presentations
  • Assist in sales planning and strategies within the territory
  • Flexibility to set your own hourly schedule and manage your own territory
  • This position is geared towards self-starters

Earnings

  • Commission Based
  • $50,000 – $100,000 per year earning potential
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • Residual monthly or annual bonuses
  • Quarterly territory bonuses
  • Total compensation depends on how well you develop your market territory

Requirements

  • Self-starter who is highly motivated by sales with a proven track record
  • Minimum 3-5 years direct sales experience preferably in the real estate or insurance industry
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to establish long lasting customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of the residential real estate or home warranty industry is a plus
  • Good at solving problems
  • Not afraid to negotiate and make a deal
  • Not afraid to cold call or knock on doors if needed.
  • Access to a home computer with internet and familiar with Microsoft Office products
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Proven Track Record of Success

  • 100% within local market territory (No overnight travel required)
